Shipping and exchange

The items you have ordered are delivered by a courier company chosen by you to the address or office of the forwarder specified by you. The cost of delivery is according to that of the forwarder and is paid by the customer.

Orders placed are processed within 5 working days. All orders received Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday or during public holidays are processed on the first working day thereafter. After we receive a request from you that you want to buy a certain model, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail about the order placed. Again, you will be notified by e-mail of any change in the status of your order. Please carefully check the correctness of your contact information. In case the ordered model is not available, the customer is notified by phone or e-mail: office@palemontech.eu. Please note that payment is made by bank transfer only.
